Sam - very confident. love the fact that you mentioned you’re gutsy when it comes to expressing your opinion, because there are some who like to hold back. whether they be favorable or not, it does make you stand out in some ways. and, yes, simplicity is key.
conatus - I never knew that you were messy tbh. i don’t think it was necessarily a bad thing that you used to be, but i understand where you’re coming from. i do like that you’re constantly trying to bring a fresh breath of life in sparking civil conversations regarding music. i think that’s pretty unique in this ATRL era.
tigerlily13 - i do agree that you have an it factor. i’m not too familiar with your situation on how the Taylor base has turned against you. is that something that you regret happening? that probably makes you polarizing, which can end up being a good or bad thing.
X/O/X/O - ok, wow @ the NHB extravaganza. i’d definitely consider that a major highlight of yours. i’m not sure if the CC girl could be counted as one of your own personal highlights here, but it was impactful on many ATLRers nonetheless. and thanks for reminding us of your former names. I used to know you as Trouble.
lovesong - i love your quote @ the end of your application because it suits me as well. You can still be yourself and reach out to people without the smoke and mirrors like some ATRLers will do, and it’s good that you mentioned that. congrats on making it to the PH7 finals!
Sasha. - i like your points on what you think makes a top member. i’ve not seen many of your posts/threads but I do remember Eurovision being huge, so that’s a major plus. also, since you’re part of a smaller ATRL fan base, i think that could potentially make you stand out even more.
Jezang Looz - a bit of your personality shined through your application, rather you know it or not. i chuckled at some of your sentences. i thought it was interesting of you to reflect back on old posts and analyze as to why it made you to be the person you are on ATRL.
A Bomb - simple application, but you spoke a million words to me. you’re taking a risk by stepping out of your comfort zone (which seems to be the Pokemon thread) and compete against other well-known members. i was also shocked to see that you weren’t really into the stan culture (like 99% of ATRL).
Theus - i actually like the name Matthew, but I won’t call you that I do get that you’re probably one of the more pleasant members on this site. i wonder how you will crack under pressure (i.e. ANTM). And, just like me, you’re very helpful, which can get you far in many instances.
Superpower - “i now want to spread by Top Member wings.” it’s interesting you bring this up because I have seen you expand past your fondness only for Bey - meaning, you have connected with many other non-Hive members based on your taste in music. i think that’s a great trait to have.
ririfan21 - you are somewhat known for your gif collection and i’ve seen a few people use them. as far as your top member ideas, i feel like everyone exhibits a bit of that in them, but it’s all about making it your own. would have loved to see you give examples.
JakeKills - i’m glad you pointed out the “Her” and “She” thingy because you’ve definitely made impact with it. you might be a Swiftie but, like Superpower, you’ve expanded and reached outside of your base. also, your top member answer was everything I’d love to see in a potential top member. will that be you?
jpow - Lucia Cole is still fresh and hot on our minds so it was nice that you mentioned that. I’m not sure if many people knew that it was you who called TMZ but I just peaked through the thread and you got a lot of replies to your post. slay.
Qatari Monster - i’m not too familiar with your ATRL presence so I would have loved to see you expand on a couple of your highlights. You can be very caring as a top member but there may be other attributes to consider as well.
Subomie - it’s important that, like many others, your music tastes expanded as a result of interaction here. it shows that you have been able to connect with others outside of your own comfort zone (related to music). i also like that you’ve reflected/learned from your previous ANTM experience.
Era - you’ve made your presence known within the Taylor base, and major props for that design in Her base thread. being a top member means realizing what your strengths and weaknesses are, and it’s great that your touched on that.
GanjaSebert - Like Sam (your fellow Animal), you’re sharp when it comes to speaking your mind, especially against Demi and Rih. and another kudos for being yourself and not worrying about what the majority thinks. let’s hope that, if you’re chosen, you won’t be banned.
Buddy! - you have one of the most recognizable avi’s here, and you’ve kept that as your brand/image for quite some time, so it makes you stand out a bit. i can also say that you’re another member who’s been themselves since day one. glad you also noticed it, too.
wesleywalrus - Roar/Applause was a great moment in ATRL history given the amount of drama it caused (and is still causing), so being a part of that is always something to remember. and it’s nice to see you expanding your presence outside of the base, which is important.
keshaspearsxo - can i call you kesha spears? any who, i was confused at your final answer on the top member. was there something cut off that i missed? also congrats on having a hit awards thread.
T-Swizz - interesting read regarding your top member statement. although a bit different from what a lot of other applicants have said, i like your perspective on it, and i was intrigued by it.
Bey_Rihstan - I like that you’re unapologetic (on iTunes) yet still loved by many. and continuing to stick by Brandy through it all shows that you’re pretty dedicated.
FunkyDinevo - it helps that you have a pretty strong brand presence on ATRL, and you sort of made such an impact in the small amount of time you’ve been here (which you mentioned/quoted). i’m interested to see your growth should you place in this cycle.
Rider - imma call you Phaedo. furthermore, i like your determination. you’ve proven in other games and actions that you’ve spread yourself to the point where you’re a well-known and recognized individual.
cLouDs - like Bey_Rih, I like your dedication to Paramore. I think it was one of your posts in the iTunes thread that make me check out Ain’t It Fun, so thanks. I think you will have the chance to grow even more if you are selected to join this cycle.
