I watched 3/5 of them but I meant from the nominees Homeland was the best one otherwise none of the series could ever compete with The Americans.

The season was overall pretty good, much better than season 3 but they ****ed it up on that last note

Probably the exchanges on "Hardhome" with Emilia Clarke, it's their best episode this season for both.
Very well written and acted.

But yeah it's still not deserving enough

TGW had a terrible, terrible season, almost every episode after the winter finale was mediocre. Also, the Ferguson episode was universally panned across the board + deemed the show's worst episode ever.

Luckily they only have to submit 6 episodes for consideration. The episodes between "From A to B to Back Again" and "Krieg Nicht Lieb" are literally flawless. Also that final episode was critically acclaimed even though the fans hated it (me included). All in all if Homeland wins it certainly deserves it.
