Radio stations can play whatever they want, regardless of whether it was sent to them or not, so technically, they can play DLWML if you request it.
HOWEVER, if you want to spend time requesting, focus on urban. If the song takes off on urban, that's automatically a reason for rhythmic to play it and if it takes off on rhythmic too, then it's more likely to cross over. Domino effect teas.
Except if there's a really small rhythmic / pop station in your area that would play literally anything that is requested to them. In that case, call / text them and SNATCH that extra spin
