I mean the Beyst performance last year was "good" but nothing exciting happened, hence why is so forGaGatten and nobody bought her album after it

For the VMAs to be kinda relevant this year we would need Arianal to perform her new lead single, with her spitting on giants donuts & a fat Demon look-a-like (even fatter than Demon) eating the leftovers.

Saving Bey's performance for last doomed the VMAs last year - they should have spread it out throughout the show, definitely would have been better and more interesting. That show was THE most boring awards show I have ever seen - and I watch the SAGs every single year.

Not really, Italy was it's highest rated season I believe, everything really went downhill when Snooki got pregnant + the storyline got repetitive, it was the same storyline for the last 3 seasons It got old tbh but it's still and iconic/classic moment in history

That was her shot at being a top tier popstar and succeed though. We wouldn't consider her if it wasn't for that and all the mess that caused.

She was just dumb about it, instead of using all that promo and attention to benefit her career she kinda didn't know what to do with it.

Miley capitalized on her stunt on the VMAs with Wrecking Ball but who in their right mind told her to release Adore You? What kind of dud? But Miley has a legacy and her tour was fantastic.

I've never seen a bigger idiot than Miley. She could've used that massive opportunity to end careers and cement her position as one of the biggest pop stars to have come around in the 21st century.

But her hype was so short lived, mostly due to her own stupidity.
