I don't see where "excessive thirst" violates any of these rules. People complimenting photos as "sexy or hot" isn't really promoting sexually suggestive content. Isn't that why PYP closed? I could be wrong.

Thats more in line with why we have Vulgar and Nickname rules. It became too much, rampant, and was/is overrunning the site and the admins direction/vision for the site led to the changes.

Just out of curiosity, what is the Admins' vision for the site? Are they trying to move into a more adult audience? An overall more professional forum? More family friendly?
