i didn't say tornado, but severe weather warnings, and in some parts of the states. this usually means high winds and the possibility that a tornado could happen. It is not a guarantee that it would happen, but still you have to take precautions, especially, if you are up on a lift and in a stadium with 45,000 people. I believe that they were predicting bad weather for a couple of hours after the start of the concert. So you can see why Taylor was trying to hurry it, to avoid the bad weather. It didn't happen anyway, but again that is the way the weather works sometimes. Storms were heading toward Washington at the time, but fizzled out before the end of the concert. Perhaps, it was divine intervention! Don't know!
