Bonnie admitted to being jealous of Katy writing for superstars like Belly back in 2007. It's only natural she'd get jealous of her now since she wants to be a popstar too. She's been replaced by Sarah Hudson but I don't think Katy is angry with her. She did fly her to Paris and Morocco for her birthday.

Only in terms of success. Dr. Luke is more versatile. Not to mention he knows a thing or two about urban music. The Dark Horse instrumental was something he made himself (I'm assuming for Juicy J since he had just signed him at the time) before Katy told him that she can work something out with it. Same thing with E.T. Max Martin has next to no involvement with any Katy song that strays away from the bubblegum sound.
