Because she's not relevant and is a flop.
There are many irrelevant artists, too many to name, yet Kesha seems to be one of the only ones who still constantly gets dragged on the regular. Usually artists only get dragged around here when a new ugly photo surfaces or they release a flop single/album.
The songs are either good or bad, there's not really any in between. The deluxe tracks are blatantly trash, it's no wonder they got the deluxe treatment. Some standard tracks are forgettable and arguably filler, but there are some brilliant standouts like "Run Away With Me", "All That" and "Warm Blood". I want to do inhumane things when she screeches "BOY PROBLEMS!! WHO'S GOT THEM!!!?!?".

It's funny how such local group still stomps on the US girl band like Fad Harmony who have much bigger market.
Both have quite big stanbases, Filth way beyond what they should given their exposure. 5H's collection of solo singers-feel will hurt them in the long run and they're not very likable...
