The first single released from Dog & Butterfly, "Straight On" is the lowest-placing song to receive an 11. Poor superben. The song was written by the Wilson sisters in collaboration with childhood friend and frequent collaborator Sue Ennis.
As well as being the third Heart single to crack the top 20 in the US, it also got to #3 in France, and was featured in Grand Theft Auto IV, apparently.
The second Parallel Lines single to be eliminated tonight, "Hanging On The Telephone" is a quintessential song that truly represents Blondie's punk sound. A fun little fact that most people don't know, though, is that "Hanging On The Telephone" is actually a cover of a song released by a band called The Nerves in 1976, whose only release was an EP that featured it.

Buyonce1814 isn't a fan. "It's nothing special. Kinda boring and forgettable. It just goes nowhere." I would argue about the forgettable part, but when I read the lyrics for the write-up, I was struggling to remember what the "It's good to hear your voice..." and "Hang up and run to me..." sections sound like.
