I do that when Someone Like You comes on the radio. I imagine that she's been put on diet and she's singing the song to like a piece of cake or slice of pizza, and the "someone like you" is like a vegan alternative that she has to find. It totally works, too: "who would have thought how bittersweet this would taste?"
