Anyway, I was, of course, joking. Jorge was fantastic.
But the labels on our song are
not the parts we wrote. It's a duet, so they're just the labels of who sings what part. We wrote the whole thing together. I predominately wrote my verse/pre-chorus and Jorge predominately wrote his verse/pre-chorus independently, I thought that was important, but we also had input towards each other's lines and suggested a different word or rephrasing or new rhyme. I always checked anything I wrote with Jorge and if he liked it we moved on and if he didn't we'd work on it until something felt right. That's how it was for the whole song.
I couldn't pick favourite lyrics though.
