I'm guessing One of the Boys is her "pop-rock" album, probably just because Butch Walker's name is attached to some of the songs. The only songs that could even be considered pop-rock on there are Mannequin, If You Can Afford Me, and Self Inflicted. Meanwhile, Taylor's Change is more rock than any of those. Taylor also has Picture to Burn and State of Grace, which are influenced by rock. Anyways, Katy has always made pop music with little influences of other genres and nothing more. You could say E.T. and Dark Horse are hip hop because a rapper is featured, but Taylor also has songs that are influenced by other genres, such as dubstep on I Knew You Were Trouble, orchestrated music on Haunted, pop punk on The Story of Us (according to Wikipedia

). Taylor Swift (country) and 1989 (pop) have a distinct difference in sound, which can't really be said for One of the Boys and Prism.
You can't really categorize any of Katy's major label (

) albums as anything other than pop, whereas Taylor's debut is pure country. I mean, you could say that Katy Hudson is Christian rock (I haven't sat through it), but I'm pretty sure the question being asked is in relation to both artists' mainstream audience.
