The only way a pre-vo for Lapras would be necessary would be if it made it available earlier ingame so people could use it in their ingame teams, since Lapras usually takes a while to show up. I'd be here for it

Gen II in general was the pits, but yes Gen I Ice types slay, especially with queen Articuno

Gen 4 was so nice to Ice types, introducing almost all of the viable ones and giving them a bunch of cool abilities to play with.

Mamoswine, Weavile, Abomasnow, Froslass, Cloyster & Kyurem being the only viable competitive Ice-types Glalie and Jynx in lower tiers I guess.
