It was alright...more suspensful than horror tbh.
Have anyone checked Wayward Pines on Fox???I know its not a movie but it feels like a movie. Really good show has elements of horror/suspense/thriller.

I liked the movie a lot. I liked the fact that its different and did not rely on dumb jump scares and its so cinematic. Looks way better than more high profile horror movies. I think that's why I appreciate it because of how well made it was and the actresss did a great job as well.
Now that being said, I don't think it was scary I love the suspense tho it had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I wouldn't say its the best horror movie in years like critics say i think its a bit over praised but I can see why they say that. It was not your typical horror movie.

I didn't make it through it. The trailer gave away the few good parts. The rest was dumb as hell

Why don't we start something like this?
Worst Horror of the last 5 years: Jessabelle, ABCs of Death, I Spit On Your Grave 2
Best Horror of the last 5 years: The Conjuring, Paranormal Activity 2/5, Sinister, The Babadook, As Above So Below, Annabelle, It Follows, Evil Dead

Jessabelle was not that bad compared to trash like Devil's Due, The devil inside, ouija and others. Remove any trace of Paranormal Activity and replace them with Insidious and Evil Dead.

V/H/S/2 is better than the original, and V/H/S: Viral is far worse than most movies on the "worst" list, but besides that

I agree about V/H/S 2 being better than the original, but they both aren't great to me.
I haven't seen V/H/S: Viral yet so I might have to update my list after viewing it.

Now wait a minute at this immaculate taste
Except Curse of Chucky is terrible(Chucky in general is) and The Innkeeper which was boring but otherwise great list.
Love the shoutout to Black Swan

I agree that the Child's Play series isn't great, but the film was way more believable (even though he's a killer trapped in a doll ) because she was in the wheelchair so it just worked better and made more sense to me to the fact that she couldn't get away from a possessed doll as fast. It's definitely the best in the series.

The Child's Play series was AMAZING. The first one came out the year I was born so I obviously didn't watch till later. (I was like 5 or so, my parents lol.) It's got the perfect horror factor. The first one has the perfect "are you crazy? It's a doll! OK go back to bed, I love you" *lights off* kind of fear. And for the 80s, it's not too old.
The sequel was just as amazing. He was shipped off and people still didn't believe. That factory ending!
Then the 3rd was a perfect trilogy ender. Having it all come back to Andy being too old for the curse, it made me a scared little child again.
Bride was a comedy.
Seed was a joke.
I didn't watch Curse.
