I'm going out with family tonight and I may be doing the same tomorrow (Not sure yet!) but everyone will have probably left by Wednesday (I have a lot of family who have come over to the UK just for the funeral, so... They kind of want to get their money's worth while they're here.) so we'll have at least Wednesday and Thursday to work on it. Sound good?

But yeah. It kind of finally started to feel real today. I feel a bit more down because the funeral made everything seem a bit more serious and permanent.

I'm writing this epic pop ballad with very very slight jazz influences about ~being in love~ called Hold On Me. It's such a change of pace from what I normally write and I think it's gonna be one of my best! The lyrics aren't all crazy and moody like my lyrics normally are but they're rather contained and aren't so focused on being different. The music is really pretty too. I haven't written anything I've gotten this excited about in a while!
