She would definitely void Clay & Jeff. I'm guessing the third person would be Audrey although it should be Jackie. If she campaigns hard enough to Vanessa and blackmails Liz, she may be able to gain Vanessa, Liz, Steve & Austin's votes plus Jason's vote which she already has.
Other than blackmail Liz, she has to play up the danger of having Clay/Shelli + Jeff/Jackie in the house.
