I'm not saying she has like half a album done already, but it's not like she has yet to start working on new music. She has already been in the studio with RedOne several times, I'm pretty sure she has at least 3 or 4 tracks ready.

It is not impossible for her to release in the fall, if she has been steadily working on new music since the beginning of this year, which she kind of has been judging from several of her Instagram posts.

Although I know, it is very unlikely that she will release this year.

She's been writing. But yeah, like Katy, 'she's always writing'. There's no proof of her actually recording anything in the studio yet.

Even when she took the RedOne pics they just had a instrument and weren't inside a studio.

Yeah, she basically wrapped up the PRISM era in February at the Grammy's according to herself.
She'll drop the album for pre-orders earlier than ever as I expect her/her team are aiming for a career best debut with the next one.

Gaga can come back. She's still in the back of people's minds (Artpop wasn't a COMPLETE failure. It was just a lukewarm success). Most people will still use her BUT she must come back with good, quality material.
