She's written and produced hits with other producers and writers.
Just because they work well together and she knows they can make fun songs that are huge hits doesn't mean she is reliant on him, it just means she's smart.

RedOne is responsible for Lady Gaga's biggest hits but she's not reliant on him like Katy clearly is w/Luke.
Fun sidenote: RedOne actually enhances Gaga's artistry; Luke diminishes Katy's and she wills it to be so.
