She is fake and highly overrated. I don't hate her but I also can't stand her visibly disingenuous behavior.
She is smart but also very conniving. And I don't think the GP and the critics will always praise her, she will suffer a downfall, just like others do, I mean it's inevitable.
If she keeps doing more albums like 1989 I could see her facing future backlash. However she will probably change it up cleverly from album to album like she has been already.
I'm trying to figure where else she could go with her sound though... I'd like an R&B-tinged era from her. She'll probably go alt-pop at some point but yawn.
