So on the one hand you are saying that they were deluded into buying it because of the Rolling Stone article, but on the other hand you are saying that they obtained it just like every other album. Interesting.
Also, it clearly states that the album was obtained as part of a project to collect
the most critically acclaimed albums of the past few decades. If they were simply given new funds to purchase albums, why would they go out of their way to purchase
Blackout and why would he even bother doing an interview about it? Do you work at this library or are you just making assumptions based on what you believe to be true? Everything that I've said has come straight from the article and interview given by the
director of the library, while all you have is unfounded extrapolations.
