That's kinda true. Katy has done almost everything on the ultimate popstar checklist yet she remains uneventful and boring. Despite all the success, only the monsters are pressed by her presence while the other fanbases don't seem to care that much.

Mediatraffic has it at 3.7M so yeah it's sold about 4M WW considering they don't take all countries into account.
