I guess it was slow at first cause they had to introduce all 8 sensates and the storyline, but once episode 4 started i was hooked. Easily the best series i've watched in a while.
It did fine w critics.

It's also the 3rd most liked series this on iMDB today
Yeah, once they had introduced the characters and their back-stories I was hooked too since the plot started moving a lot faster. Also I really loved the song at the end of episode 4(?). The scene with the song in was so beautiful too
Listen to her Singles Collection, Vol. 2 and then Vol. 1 and then work backwards from Heart Station.
Skip the English stuff, do it last. It's crap IMO but some people like it.
Lord. Don't listen to Retro. He has ADHD when it comes to artists, so he can't be trusted (and I heard he cuts himself, but you didn't hear that from me). Plus, you mentioned that you're not into J-Pop, conatus. If you're not into J-Pop, start with the English albums first. Take my advice. Otherwise you're not going to like Utada. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Bish, her English albums sound like she had a microphone up her anus and my wrists are CLEAN, thank you.

Didn't say I wasn't into J-pop! I love some J-pop, but then a big portion of it does nothing for me.
All these comments about Sense8 are dissuading me from watching it

It's just that there's 8 characters to introduce, so that while still enjoyable, the first 3 episodes are slow compared to episodes 4-the end which are really really really good.

Retro can definitely be trusted when it comes to Utada, he nailed those recommendations.
Utada's English material is great but it doesn't show why she is the best female artist of all time.
