lol wow I didn't know that. Were they doing stuff like trying to stop radio stations playing it?
They should've just not released it to the general public for a few months, would've been a lot easier for them. Although I know it was on a soundtrack for a movie so maybe they couldn't.
Another route they could've taken is removed his feature from Blurred Lines, since I know that's happened before when an artist has been overexposed (like Justin Timberlake on Where Is The Love). But it all worked out fine in the end so doesn't matter now.
