Since Jun perfected the art of floating in BB4. Floating only has a negative connotation because of the Rachel/Kristen fight.
Floating can be annoying when it's not done as a strategy, but rather because they have no idea how to play properly and are just doing everything wrong, like Jessie in BB15 - but then you had Judd on her opposite side, who was floating but managed to collect a lot of information along the way. There's really nothing wrong with wanting to be UTR, it's a surefire way to get to the jury and gives you time to plan out your game once it comes time to play harder.
Let the timebombs blow themselves up, and then start working with whatever is left.
