I was thinking he could argue that since DOMA had been shut down, if he is to follow the Court's reasoning then gay marriage should be legalized. He could have "seen the light". One of the reason he voted for Obamacare is to not create chaos. Had the SC banned gay marriage it would have created total chaos in the US. I thought he'd take that into consideration.

I don't get Roberts. Something he's very into the words of the law (this case) while at other times he's quite liberal with his interpretation of it.,,
