I prefer Michael to Prince. I've barely ever listened to Prince tho because I'm not going to buy his music if I haven't thoroughly heard it and enjoyed it, and it is nowhere to be found on the internet
& Elton John was having unprotected threesomes with other gay men and claiming to be straight. They were really getting away with anything then.
I'm not saying MJ was a bad performer, he was one of the best. He's just overrated, especially when he kinda turned into the original Britney Spears and mimed studio tracks while doing the same choreography over and over after the first few albums.
It's so bad. It's not even catchy. There were better songs on Artpop and Britney Jean.

Usher got stage performance influence from MJ, but his music is different, so what are you even saying by saying 'there'd be no Usher without MJ'. Makes no sense.
MJ was never making songs similar to 'You Make Me Wanna...', 'Yeah!', 'OMG', and 'Love In This Club'. Usher's music is different from Michael Jackson's. The performing, like JT, is similar. But I don't stan for anyone based off stage performance, or else I'd never even bothered to listen to Mariah on my own will.
Reminder that P4K is the worst publication that hires incompetent writers.
I dont (and no one should) take anything that Pitchfork says as serious.
Probably the worst music review site right behind Rolling Stone and Billboard.
