If they truly continue with the pattern of Present/Past/Present/Past etc., I'm curious to see when Season 6 will take place. I know we know next to nothing about Hotel, but just wondering what time period they could do if it's another period piece. I think a late 19th century season could be quite interesting if done right, although that might be too much for the GP.



A season in the 80's would be amazing tbh, an ode to the slasher films from that time possibly? We might need a bit of camp next year since Hotel seems like it's gonna be Asylum mixed with Hostel.

Evil Dead is perhaps one of the biggest cult horror movies of all time, and its campier than Coven any day of the week. Camp Horror is a genre in and of itself, its just a different kind of horror than what people usually identify the word as.

i hate the present day settings. The show just automatically becomes cheesier compared to the past timeline seasons.

Or maybe that's just Coven still leaving a bad taste in my mouth. MH wasn't too bad except for the last few episodes. Hopefully Hotel will be dark enough to buck that trend.

But lbr we all knew it was going to be present day. Not once did I think otherwise.

Still hoping for Lily and Frances. I wouldn't mind if they just popped in for the Halloween episodes and then left, at least it's better than nothing.

So it's confirmed: Emma Roberts will be in Hotel

Creator Ryan Murphy spilled the news to Zap2it in a group interview. "She's still going to do a couple episodes of 'Horror Story' at the end, I think," he says. He adds, "She comes at the end. She comes and she has a great thing with Evan Peters at the end."

Roberts will jump to "AHS" after she finishes shooting the first season of Murphy's "Scream Queens," which wraps in early October.
