Its a thing to warn posts for off-topic that take the bait (and state sth harmless like "enjoy your WP") in answer of personal attack? Why do i not believe that. Its probably a selective thing. Lets be fair here.
You don't have to believe it. It can be warned for off-topic or disruptive; people have been reporting posts like that and getting warned for ages. If someone posts something that breaks the rules, you report it and move on. "Enjoy your WP" is unnecessary.
