If Rihanna is global currently with 2.5M (pushing it) outside states then Taylor is just as global.

In fairness to Taylor I'm pretty sure she could tour non-English speaking countries and sell out arenas. She just doesn't want to since she cares more about the money than her fans as she'd gross less on those dates
