Beyonce and Jay Z are trying to establish a company from the ground while Taylor is trying to get the biggest company in the world to fairly compensate artists for 3 months. Both are very different.

They bought an existing company so no they are not trying to build it from the ground up. Taylor isn't foolish enough to expand beyond her scope. In other words she is not over extending herself or her resources and is doing what she does best. Clearly she has a lot of smart people around her and she listens to them. Tidal was a mistake. Sorry but from a business perspective I didn't know where they were going with this company. I think they had good intentions but you don't succeed in business on those.
As for who is bigger or more powerful who cares. I am just pointing out the facts. I like all 3 of them.
