Hmm. I disagree for a couple reasons. First, while I do appreciate HC and really use about 7 songs, I like longer albums that explore a lot of different things (even if they're not always that effective). RH has like 23 officially released songs and 16 more ranging from concepts to full tracks, so I tend to accidentally consider all of them as a whole (they're all on my iTunes as part of RH). Second, I think that most of RH's best are better than most of HC's. Devil Pray is on equal footing with Devil Wouldn't Recognize You, for example. They're pretty close and I think it comes down to personal preference (although if we're being fair I guess, RH with unreleased songs >> HC >>> released RH).
