Beiber is still very famous and his public image has seemed to have gotten better.

Yeah, the kids, teens, and young adults are starting to really like him again. Most adults still hate him, but they did even when he was successful so they've never been a factor audience he needed to worry about.
Where Are U Now potentially going Top 10 without a video says it all. The sales are strong, the radio is picking it up, and it's doing well On-Demand. I think he can get a sizable hit as a lead, and open with 200K and do 750K-1M, which would be good in today's climate at this point and considering what Believe did in 2012.
