i can't muster the ability to feel bad for him anymore. I remember him sort of ridiculing counseling. If he won't help himself then *shrug* he'll eat himself to death. You can't help those who won't take the real steps to help themselves.
I think that one of the reasons he can't get a gastric band is that he needs to stop eating so much, people who get that can't eat as they did before.
I don't know I was overweighted as a kid but then I realized that if I didn't stop eating I could end up like him and started doing diet and exercise and I lost weight, he has the free time, money to have a personal trainer I mean you can be depressed okay but do something he can afford it, his mom would pay for everything he needs, at this point and him being near 30 he will have diabetes.
Obesity is an issue, but there's clearly some mental/emotional problems at the root of it. He won't be able to lose weight and remain healthy until he's dealt with those conflicts.

Obesity is a mental issue more than a physical/superficial thing.
He cant accept the Caytlin thing. Give him some time.
It's already confirmed that he is in full support of Caitlyn. He's been "obese" way before this situation with her. He's either gay or feels less than when in comparison to his sisters.
