Doc, I really don't understand how you don't get this. They are classified as part of the black race because their parents are part of the black race. Race is not just what's on the outside., but the genes you carry. It's genetic.

To answer Rated's question. If two black people have a child that looks like Taylor Swift, Taylor's race is Black, because she carries the genes of that race of people. However she is clearly not just black also mixed with the white race because her grandparents would have to be white for her parents to carry the gene to make that happen. However a "pure" Black person does not carry those genes.

Also Doc, the pics you posted were dumb b/c I could post a pic of Rihanna and say Black people have green eyes, but guess what she has a white grandpa.

Black is a race, it is genetic. Blue has a point. Maybe the black race got it's features because of the environmental conditions at first but the features got passed down thousands of generations after so it is genetic and it's almost impossible for two black persons who have no link to a white ancestor to bear a child with white features or characteristics.

That's actually not true.
Your race can actually change when you change countries due to certain countries definition of race. It not set in stone like that.

No, that's not true. Just because two races developed similar features does not mean they are the same race. It just mean the developed in similar environments. Australian aboriginals are not the same race as us unless they came from Africa or something, I don't know their history.

It's clear melanin concentration which makes the black person black whether aboriginals or black Africans was a response of the body adjusting to warmer and hotter environmental conditions which is why most of the people with "negroid" features originating from humid or dry regions across the world. Yes, there might not be a "black" gene but there is a gene responsible for melanin production which when it mutates leads to the albinism condition so black is genetic

Every single person on this god damn planet has African descent
Just that most of them migrated to other places tens upon tens of thousands of years ago so their bodies changed and adapted to the enviroments they migrated into then their offspring inherited their adapted features over some period of time while some others were taken a mere hundreds of years ago and haven't shown much changes.

It's really not hard to understand.

People differ phenotypically in all traits, from skin color to hair type to eye color to height to weight to mouth shape to chest size. These differences occur on a spectrum.

The concept of race has no biological basis because there's nothing concrete about it. Races are defined differently from culture to culture. The choice in what phenotypes define what races and what phenotypes have no relevance is completely arbitrary, as is the the blurry and undefined cut off points in the spectrum of those phenotypes. Hence people, from biologists to regular folk, not being able to concretely define what phenotypes and what ranges make a person of a certain race; hence people being able to find many counter examples for every attempt to make those definitions.
