It's best to sleep on your back and extremely bad to sleep in your stomach. It's okay to sleep on your sides
If you have a snoring problem, sleeping on your side is best as it elongates the spine
Sleeping on your side is also ideal for best blood flow (great for pregnant women)
Sleeping on your back is good for people with acid reflux as it keeps head above stomach and it's good for your back as it keeps it in a solid position
Fetal position isn't great but it's better than on your stomach. However it hurts your back
