Johnald banned you temporarily because it was his point of view that your avatar was disrespectful. Right now, I don't care what your intent was; Johnald interpreted it as being disrespectful to MJ, and that's all that matters. As a moderator, he was 100% within his right to use his discretion to take whatever action he wanted. It's simply too bad if you believe you were misunderstood.
