Now, removing those with #1 peaks (as reaching #1 again wouldn't be a new peak) and those with #2 peaks (if they had a #2, reaching #1 would be the only way to re-peak, and wouldn't be a peak "so far"):

inuborg: #6
8thPrince: #4
JustLuke: #9
GotSkill: #3
Hugamari: #5

These six are the most likely candidates. I think lovesong got really great reviews, perhaps Huga and inuborg too? I can't remember.

EDIT: Luke will probably be higher than #9.
