I don't understand why people think MML is a TD reject. It always struck me as a much earlier work.
I feel like Milk Milk Lemonade was mentioned in an interview or tweets a couple weeks before it leaked for some reason, but more as a joke than a serious album contender. Though I was really bad at listening to leaks back then (took me about a week to listen to E.T. and Look Don't Touch) so I may be confusing it.
Edit: Yup, found it on a list of expected Teenage Dream tracks, noted as having been tweeted by Benny Blanco. Not sure when it leaked, but the Katy Perry wikia () says Katy, Bonnie and Tricky wrote it.
