Jewels N Drugs is underrated.
MANiCURE is the worst song on ARTPOP along with Swine.

Jewels N Drugs was my favorite on the first listen of ARTPOP.
It's fell down a bit ofcourse now. But it's still a guilty pleasure.
Aura for me, is the worst on ARTPOP. It goes nowhere, and the final version ruined everything.
I like every song on ARTPOP though. They're all 7/10+ for me.

I love Aura.
Manicure annoys me so much.

It'd be a good strategic move. Beyonce is hot and adding another star or two would give them a genuine Lady Marmalade moment.
Imagine her teasing the return of "The Gaga Saga". Maybe with an image of posed silhouetted figures and everyone's guessing who she's got on board.
It'd be like Bang Bang and Bad Blood...done right.

Aura (Demo) is the most ARTPOP song on ARTPOP.
And, of course, they removed it from the final edition of the album.

All this delusion...
Aura is a masterpiece so stop with the shade. Do you want me to pull up reactions in the thread when it leaked? Because I will. Sure, the demo is better, but the final is great too and saying it goes nowhere is pure delusion when it's one of the most dynamic tracks on the albums. It starts off with an acoustic guitar and ends with a robotic voice saying ARTPOP so I hardly think that's true.
MANiCURE is also amazing, incredible guitar and percussion, love the trap influences and the breakdown is ****ing immense. Also, queen of chair sitting in videos and hitmaking without promo Adele said it was her favourite song at iTunes Festival. And the bitch has amazing taste in music.

And Jewels N' Drugs is only hated by most of this fanbase because you hate men in music/hip hop. Same with the hatred towards Cake (which is also amazing), and the bias against males also prevents most people from liking DWUW. Those with true taste know the tea.

Having Britney as a 3rd would be very risky, but it could be so big, just to have three biggest starts of the millennium together.
And if they want to do it, they better do it right. I'm talking teasing, billboard, posters, full blown release... just go all in.

Aura is bad. Sure, not as bad as MJH, but it's still bad.

I was so surprised when Gaga performed in Baku No other pop girl has a reputation like Gaga's in Europe. And Europe is not as fickle as US, Australia and etc. who were to dump Gaga as soon as possible. People here will always be ready for her eternal bops like Alejandro, BR and PF

4 tracks w/ new producers.
I really want her to come with new stuff and new hits we can't think of sound wise. Having the same producers on almost every track 7-8 years into her career is just getting redundant. Having that wide range of producers is also good for single choices. >

Wait, Garibay is GOD.
Screw Moroder, gimme Fernando.

DWUW is for sure the best song on ARTPOP (and in my opinion, her best song in general), as is Sex Dreams, the title track, G.U.Y., Venus, Applause, Gypsy and Aura. MANiCURE is great, along with Fashion!, Jewels N' Drugs, MJH and Donatella. Dope and Swine are probably my least favourite on the record but I still love them, I just prefer the live versions most of the time. Also, the album sonically was never meant to present artistic pop music (even though all of Gaga's music is an art form), the art was intended to come from the surrounding campaign, which we saw hints of but since it all went to **** she never had the chance to execute everything properly and show the concept that she explained on the mission statement on July 11th.
ARTPOP becoming so 'watered down' was mostly down to the fans though. Since Marry The Night's top 30 peak, everyone cried out for TF 2.0 and EDM because it was popular while she was working on the album, so she combined these two goals and some urban influences (mostly from Troy's influence) to create the music for the album. She listened to fans so, so much, I don't think anyone realises. Mindtrappa on PopJustice (who is the admin of OperationGaga) said she was switching between the versions of the songs we got and 'harder' versions through the whole week before she turned the album in, based mostly on the fans outside the studio that she would play parts of songs to and they would give feedback that she would build on.
It's a miracle that she managed to make such a great album out of such ****** circumstance. I mean, if you could have listed things that could go wrong before and during a huge pop music album campaign, most of them went wrong for ARTPOP. And that is awful because through all of the outside noise from Troy and fans telling her what to do, she managed to make a collection of songs that really show her love for pop music and display who she is, not who the fans are, or what the fame does or means, but who Lady Gaga is an artist, musician, fashion icon, drug addict, "devil-worshipper", lover, female, feminist and most importantly, a human being.

Yes, I agree so much! She tried to please so many people and I believe that is why the album has no direction. There was a lot riding on this album because people, wanted to see Gaga return to form after BTW. She couldn't deliver and everything went wrong.
For what it is, ARTPOP really isn't awful. I just think if Gaga had gone with her vision and allowed for someone to help shape her album into something coherent then it would have been terrific. For me ARTPOP doesn't show what Gaga is really capable of. I love the songs live too. and they really do come alive on stage. I hope she can incorporate this on her next album.

Aura is wonderful but I agree about MJH. It's so loud.
