Look... The Fame is cute and all but it's insulting to call it better than any of her albums (except CTC). The Fame is just cute teenage twink friendly bops thrown together to make an album about partying. It's just too commercial and safe to classify as better than the likes of GODPOP, The Bible and The Fame Monster. Her last 3 pop releases all sound like she was really trying to do something. Make a statement. Push the boundaries. While as The Fame just sounds like she was trying to make a great debut (which she accomplished). I'm not saying it's bad, not at all because I still get my life from Paparazzi but it's no where near as good as the others and to call ARTPOP her worst album is ridiculous imo.
Imo she just got better with every release. Born This Way is a phenomenal album which will be remembered for decades and has some of her most experimental and boundary pushing songs like Heavy Metal Lover, Judas and Electric Chapel. The reason I favor ARTPOP just a bit more than Born This Way is because Born This Way's production can be a bit much if you aren't in the right mood. While as come hell or high water, DWUW, Applause and Sexxx Dreams slay.
