I'm honestly feeling so stupid for choosing to leave my "risk" round so late. I should have listened to Tymps. and submitted a rap back in the labels challenge. I've seen SO many good entries this week and I haven't even seen half of them. Everyone's really stepping it up now and I feel like this could genuinely be a big enough misfire to put my place in the competition in jeopardy. There's no room for weak lines or weak verses and I've been told that I have a weak verse and chorus already so I'm shaking.

Like I said before, CITPL is only iconic due to one line so it doesn't count

I could say the same about Wooden Branches only being iconic for its song title/metaphor (idk why y'all are still obsessed with it, I find it perfectly fine - the song is about growth in a relationship that has fizzled out, amazing metaphor imo) but people still know the song/what it's about and reference it to this day instead of just referencing one throwaway line

Nighthawks tho

Looking back, I find a lot of issues with that song but it's still very special
