Selena would've stayed somewhat relevant among Mexicans regardless though.
You can argue the same for Aaliyah. She managed to get her biggest hit and highest album sales 6/7 years into her career, and showed no signs of slowing down like her counterparts.
I kinda like hate Alicia since she tried to copy Angelina (the whole humanitarian homewrecker thing although she failed since no one really talks about Alicia IRL) but Unthinkable is kinda like the best song of all time. What's ur fave Alicia song?
I feel like Gaga will be the only relevant girl from her generation when they're Madonna's age. Britney will (still) be a vegetable, Beyoncé will probably be running Blue's career, Rih will take up a permanent residence on some remote island, and Katy will hark back to her Hudson days and record indie Christian music.
Can someone tell me if I should get into EXO-K? I've heard Overdose and CALL ME BABY and they bop, so
Call Me Baby and Love Me Right are both surprisingly good, but they're still extremely basic and useless. Either go for an act with a true legacy like BIGBANG/SHINee or with young fresh faces like WINNER.
Anastasia is technically inaccurate, since she actually died and all.
Hence the also.
Plus Rasputin was kinda an interesting and strange person but he wasn't no demon that systematically tried to murder the Romanovs. Also lol @ Anastasia's fat pal being Vladmir Lenin.

She'll stay traditional (maybe--she's a cokehead), but that does not mean she'll be relevant.
The Anastasia story from the 20s with Anna Anderson is so fascinating. This woman seriously thought that she was Anastasia and half the world believed her. Plus they managed to make two hit movies off of it.
I also recall a radio interview during the Femme Fatale era in which Britney said she would like to play a badass action heroine like Angelina in a movie. Did I mention that Circus was the best pop single of 2008?
I forgot about that

Now that Madonna can't chart on the Hot 100 anymore, does that mean Britney has graduated from Princess to Queen?

Shady but my favorite song by Alicia is Like You'll Never See Me Again. That song is actually the most underrated single from her. I love Unthinkable too! Nice choice.

I love BIGBANG (even if Taeyang looks a mess now). I'll check out Love Me Right later, thanx
She received her second Academy Award, composing music for the love theme "Evergreen", the first woman to be honored as a composer.
