This lady who has a dislocated jaw and wrist injuries has been coming into my work to apply every day this week. It breaks my heart but my boss literally can't find a position for her but she keeps trying. I spent the past half hour crying over the difficulty of finding work for people with disablities. It isn't fair

Usually my seasonal allergies aren't that bad but after being outside for just half an hour yesterday, I've been suffering.

And today its extremely windy so all the pollen is flying around mess.
