I was going to do This Was 2010 but Ace was asking for people to finish old rates so I took this one and he said I could start whenever.

I think there's spaces for miscellaneous ones so you should be able to start yours soon, but I would wait until Ace comes online to finalise the albums/confirm you can. It's always awkward seeing someone have their rate thread closed.
