echem, I'm very well aware that y'all can't just move back to the motherland, it too complicated and tbh unless you're bringing something they wouldn't want you anyway. As for the concept of seceding or having ones own independent country, it's not even meant in a literally sense. Tulsa Oklahoma is an example of that. Practically was independent tho. That should be the goal Also it's not supposed to be a "solution for racism", it's supposed to be a strategy to help blacks thrive.

South Africa is OK
But it's like a mini-USA given how the (minority) white population runs the major corporations and the blacks feel angry and oppressed. The rest of Africa is a huge culture shock, trust me.

I really think the way people homogenize black people has black Americans thinking that Black People act and think the same all over the world until they meet a non American Black and then they get confused.
I know I'd feel so out of place in Africa. Not to mention Africans are Ethnocentric as ****. Plus what makes me so entitled to Africa despite my family living in the US for centuries. Their are actual Africans living in Africa. It just all doesn't add up to me. I'd go visit and even live in America, but I don't think I could ever feel like it belonged to me atleast not initially. Once I'm settled in for a few years then maybe.

Did Azealia actually support Africa migration too? I must have skimmed over it. Whew I feel sorry for her if she's genuinely planning to, because she is in for a big disappointment She will probs clash with the natives for their social conservatism, and the people will hate her for being a woman with a big mouth. There's no where she can belong. I feel so bad

Nigerians admire you guys in Abuja tho. You see them walking around with these faux American accent, but it's liked mixed with their nigerian accent. My cousin on the other hand, spent like 2 weeks in America when she was 9, 15 years later, she will is clinging on to that accent for dear life She sounds like a valley girl and she has everyone sideeyeing her when she opens her mouth But yeh Nigerians are very kind to visitors and love americans especially.
