I love AO2, the production especially really works to give it a grinding industrial feel. I see people hating on the production and I always want to say: well, that's kind of the point I think.

Definitely. I've even see people say it's her worst song ever because of the production.
BBHMM > 45S > AO, but if 45S was solo, it would be ahead of BBHMM.
BBHMM is too repetitive that it feels gimmicky hence why I said it was fun for a little while but got old really quickly.
FFS, nothing works at all for me. Her vocals are strained, the lyrics are stupid, Kanye is stupid, its too short to go anywhere, it feels like a jumbled attempt at something greater but ends up being even more basic than your average karaoke rendition.
It's just so unvarnished and earthy feeling to me. I don't know how else to describe the song. Yes, it's manufactured, but it's manufactured earthiness in a way that's satisfying. I also love the little guitar flourishes, they keep the song interesting to me.
I might record myself singing my song, since I know how it goes. It just wouldn't have instrumentation. All I need is a bridge for it, and I'll be done!
