Katy Perry is tired of Taylor Swift’s ******** and has recorded a new song “1984” to shut her up.
She’s kept quiet during “Bad Blood”‘s record-breaking, #1-going release but Miss Perry is about to let her music do the talking as she’s registered the new song on BMI.
It may be in Perry’s style to call up Dr. Luke and retaliate with an equally cheerleader-esque, tongue-in-cheek pop song poking fun at America’s favorite Republican but it seems like she’s taken another approach this time.
Neither Dr. Luke or Max Martin make an appearance on the new song’s credits, after being heavily involved in the singer’s last two blockbuster records.
We probably have Kesha to thank for Luke’s dismissal but one can only wonder if Max’s huge involvement in Taylor’s “1989” album – specifically “Bad Blood” – is the reason behind Katy’s new collaborations. The answer? Most likely.

We had a 90s music video party yesterday and there's a few things I noticed:
- We tried to play "Music" and "Beautiful Stranger" by Madonna, arguably her two most iconic 90s hit for Generation Y but the ****ing videos aren't on YouTube At least not in Canada. Like wtf. Forget LMFAO and grills, THIS is what is ruining her legacy. Didn't she learn from Prince? Bitch needs to sort this out because the way people consume music nowadays is largely through YouTube and it's not on that one of her biggest markets has no access to some of her biggest hits.
We complain about the girls today but the lack of talent in that group I mean it's all cute and a throwback but once you think about it it's kind of depressing. They weren't even pretty.
All of them are a mess though, not just the old Madonna stans. Isn't there a Janet or Mariah fansite from the 90s that is STILL ACTIVE dedicated to dragging Madonna?
The biggest irony from some of them doing that to other artists but I won't go there.
