Haha, it's just because everyone's taste is so diverse and the ballady kinda songs are the ones which seem to do really well compared to straight up Pop bops, but I don't want to keep sending in slow songs, so I'm scared

I think it just depends on the quality of the song.

VDK's eliminated entry was just...not strong to stay in.

But, some of the rankings have been ****ed up this season. Britney and We Own the Night didn't deserve to kick out Prezli and Macrocycle and that Jessica Mauboy with OBVIOUS autotune in the chorus shouldn't have outranked Dollar Signs, Bet and Beloved.

Some of the ballads get overpraised. Memo and Better Off Alone especially. Strong Enough deserved it's praise. I'm personally glad Memo got ****-blocked by Free the Animal even though that was a whack as hell #1

That's actually really embarassing. The fact that we're down to 12 contestants, but i still haven't made the Top 10 in mxtthew's rate. Me and Yvess are in the bottom two, and I wouldn't be surprised if I'm in last place now since Strangergab and Amaloner leapfrogged over me to snatch those Top 10 positions.

Another insult to injury I guess to how my performance has been this season outside of Meghan and Selena

MOST CONSISTENT MEMBERS SO FAR CHART NEWS
As the competition gets closer and closer to the finishing line, it gets harder and harder for the Most Consistent Members So Far list to change, as the smaller number of contestants, the smaller number of points to be awarded.

Therefore, I am announcing that because there is now less than half of the contestants left (there are 26 contestants and 12 left after the double elimination) that points from each round will now be doubled

In the first round, the winning song was awarded 1 point and the song in last place was given 24 points, and since then the points have been added up and the people with the least number of points have made the top ten.

Now points have been doubled, the winning song (first) will be awarded two points and whoever comes twelfth will be awarded twenty-four points and so on.

EVERY POINT COUNTS. Make sure your entries are on point to get the minimum number of points possible in this major chart shake-up!

Explanation: I decided to do this Chart Twist because of what MusicLoverDude said. I realised on my spreadsheet that in Round 1, MLD and Yvess had two of the worst scores of the round, making it harder for them to climb up the chart as the points from the first round are an extra weight to carry. Therefore, I wanted to make it so points from later rounds are worth more because in the last round, the maximum points available was 14 which doesn't make a huge difference after seven previous rounds (Santaus' lead remains unaffected, the list has hardly changed apart from VDK and Mickey's elimination). I hope this change inspires people to feel more positive about the list. Now there are less than half of the members left, I thought making the points worth double from now on was a clever twist. Thank you!

You are in #11! You're just two points behind #9 and one point behind #10! Don't give up with the New Chart Twist! Between each member, there's about an average interval of 3 points so every point matters! <3
