I know I'm not a judge this season, but if I were, rhyme scheme would not be something on my check list of things to take points off for. The real important thing is that your song sounds natural.
It could be a good idea to mix things up a bit, but I wouldn't do that at the cost of a natural-sounding progression.
But yeah like I said, not a judge this season dunno what they look for.
