No I know that, I mean I was depressed before that week, but then for like a week and a bit I was really depressed and I just stayed in my room in the dark and just didn't talk to anyone... If anyone tried to talk to me I would just be really blunt and ask them to leave me alone. I should have worded that better, for that I apologize.
That's how I am right now, with the bluntness towards my mum (and brother) and I know it's not her fault, I just have mood swings with her, which is why I'm glad I'm going to see someone about it.
